If you have experienced an issue with your nomatic product that is covered by our lifetime warranty, you can file a warranty claim with the following pages:
If you purchased directly from NOMATIC, please click here: Start Your Claim
If you do not have your proof of purchase, you will need to provide information for us to verify the purchase.
If you purchased from one of our approved dealers such as Best Buy, Amazon, Indiegogo, or Kickstarter, B&H Photo or any in-store purchases, please click here: Start Your Claim. Please be sure to include a photo of the entire bag, a photo of the part that is broken, and a copy of the proof of purchase in the warranty claim.
*Please note, the system will imply that this is a return. The "return" is for repair or replacement for the same item only.
Proof of purchase is required, Claims that do not contain proof of purchase will be automatically denied.
